New Log
  1. Ensure that you have signed in to the system.
  2. In the Administration Areas section click on the Details tab.
  3. In order to create a new log click on the date box and a calendar will open up.
  4. Select the date that you want to create a log for.
  5. Put your percentages in against the administration areas that relate to your job.
  6. Once you have completed your log and the percentages add up to 100% click the Save button.
  7. Your log is now saved to the database.

Getting a Previously Saved Log
  1. Ensure that you have signed in to the system.
  2. In the Administration Areas section click on the Details tab.
  3. Click on the Select box.
  4. A drop down list will appear of the dates of any logs that you have saved.
  5. Select the date that you want to view.
  6. Click on Get Log.
  7. The previously saved log will be opened up for you.

Editing a Previously Saved Log
  1. Call up a previously saved log.
  2. Alter your percentages or the date.
  3. Click on Save.
  4. The updated entry is stored in the database.

Deleting a Previously Saved Log
  1. Call up a previously saved log.
  2. Click the delete button.
  3. You will be warned that you are about to delete you log.
  4. If you continue the log will be deleted from the database.

Searching for others who spend time on certain areas of work
  1. Ensure that you have signed in to the system.
  2. In the Administration Areas section click on the Search tab.
  3. Select the areas that are of interest to you.
  4. Click on Submit.
  5. You will be taken to a screen that shows any records of people who in their most recent log have indicated that they do more that a certain percentage of their time in your selected area/s of work.
